Vernatsch Cup 2nd June 2026
In the local grape variety Vernatsch, the culinary South Tyrolean summer finds its perfect companion. In its honour, the Vernatsch Cup will once again take place this year at the vigilius mountain resort.
An international jury of renowned wine journalists gathers on the Vigiljoch to award the finest expressions of this long-underestimated, indigenous variety. A celebration for all the senses – carried by the lightness of summer, a glass of Vernatsch in hand, and the wide-open view of the Dolomites.

Yoga Retreat with Veronika Rössl 8. Oktober - 11. Oktober 2026
An inspiring yoga weekend at the vigilius with Veronika Rössl. The instructor teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a healing effect. Suitable for everyone who enjoys movement.
The retreat is held in German (with the possibility of translation into English).
vigilius sensus November 2026
A series of conversations at the intersection of society, the future and personal perspective. Initiated by Ulrich Ladurner and supported by the Center for Advanced Studies (Eurac Research), the series focuses each year on a topic of social relevance.

The winemakers from the foothills of the Vigiljoch present their finest wines at the vigilius. Look forward to a guided tasting, a flying dinner and personal encounters with the producers.

Created in cooperation with Dr. Schär, this retreat is designed for people following a gluten-free lifestyle, optionally also vegan, as well as for food lovers, families and anyone wishing to deepen their relationship with nutrition while finding time to slow down and reconnect.
